Hydrobond Engineering Ltd is pleased to offer a full range of in house pressure testing.
Our Quality Assurance Department
and trained technicians are able to carry out
the following tests :

· Hydraulic pressure testing
· Hydrostatic pressure testing
· Helium pressure testing
· SF6 gas testing
We can also arrenge to have these tests witnessed by Lloyds,
DNV ABS or other third parties.
We currently own, operate and maintain certification for three
hydrostatic test vessels rated to the following depths.
· Vessel one to 2,000 psi or 1,379 MSW
· Vessel two to 3,250 psi or 2,241 MSW
· Vessel three to 10,000 psi or 6,896 MSW
· Helium / Air leak pressure testing in our certified equipment to 2000 psi or 1,379 MSW
· Oil pressure testing in our certified equipment to 10,000 psi or 6,896 MSW
· All vessels are provided with pressure penetrator access ports that allow optical and electrical testing while at pressure
Customer specified tests can be carried out with programmed multiple pressurise, hold and vent cycle combinations over a specified time.
Full chart recordings are also available.
Standard certificate of conformity issued if requested or required.
